Note that JobTwine combines the information, which is collected from You through the Platform, or offline through the Service generally. Moreover, JobTwine is only a medium of contact and exchange of information for its users/members/visitors who have a legitimate intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purpose of getting the Services offered by JobTwine. Please note that certain features or services referenced in this Privacy Policy may not be offered on the Service at all times. Please also refer our Terms of Service, which governs Your use of the Service, and which is accessible at Terms of Use. By using or accessing our Services or otherwise performing an interview with us in any manner, You acknowledge that You accept the practices and policies outlined below, and You hereby consent that We can collect, use and share Your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We urge the users/members/visitors to protect Your Personal Information by not providing the credit/debit card details, bank account numbers, or any other Personal Information open to misuse, to prospective employers at any time.
2. Choice
It is always Your choice whether or not to provide Personal Information. However, if You choose not to provide requested Personal Information, You will not be able to use Services of JobTwine. We set out in detail below, the information that We collect about You and Your use of our Services in Clause 3.
3. Types of Personal Information collected by JobTwine
When You use the Service, You may provide us Your Personal Information. This may include Your name, contact information and financial information, etc. to obtain Services through the JobTwine Platform. When You use the Service, We may also collect information related to Your use of the Service and aggregate the given information with that of the other users. This helps us improve to provide Services as per Your requirements.
Personal Information or Personal Data:
In the course of using the Service (whether as a client or customer or user or visitor), We may require or otherwise collect information that identifies You as a specific individual and can be used to contact or identify You (“Personal Information”). The following types of Personal Information are collected in the following ways:
a. Name, e-mail address, country, city, contact number and company/organization that you are associated with, when You sign up for alerts on the Platform;

Information that one would usually include in a resume, including name, contact details including e-mail address and mobile number, work experience, educational qualifications, data relating to Your current and past remuneration or salary, a copy of Your resume, etc. when You register on the Platform;
c. Information about the services that You use, including log in information and location information, when You are a user of the Services through the Platform;
d. We may collect Your Personal Information such as name, age, contact details, preferences, etc. through surveys and forms, when You choose to participate in these surveys etc.;
e. When You visit the Platform, We use cookies to automatically collect, store and use technical information about Your device and interaction with our Platform;
f. When You use a device to access the Platform, the Company may collect technical or other related information from the device as well as the device location;
g. To the extent permitted by law, Company may record and monitor Your communications with us to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and our internal policies. This may include the recording of conversations via audio/video facility;

If You choose to sign in with Your social media account to access the Platform, or otherwise connect Your social media account with the Services of the Platform, it is deemed that You give consent to collect, store, and use, the information that You make available to us through the social media interface in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Payment Information:
While making the payment for the Services on our Platform, We will also collect certain payment information, such as credit card details or other financial account information, and billing address, etc.
Biometric Identifiers or Service Interaction Information:
We may collect Personal Information such as a photograph of Your face, a selfie, or data about Your interactions with the Service to verify Your identity and to detect fraud, identity theft, or other misuse of Your account through the use of facial recognition and other technologies. We may request documents to verify this information, such as a copy of Your government-issued identification. From time to time, JobTwine may require You to take and submit an additional or updated image of Your face for comparison to Your government-issued identification. The biometric identifiers or information collected are used only for identity verification, Platform security and user integrity purposes.

Like other platforms, We receive technical information when You use our Services. We use these technologies to analyze how people use the Service, to improve how our Site functions, to save Your log-in information for future sessions, and to serve You with advertisements that may interest You. If you are not participating in the Interview Services, but you have signed up to receive email communications from JobTwine or have otherwise given us your name, email, or other contact information, any such information that you share with us will be subject to this Privacy Policy. We may communicate with you if you've provided us the means to do so. For example, if you've given us your email address, we may email you about your use of the Services. We may also send you emails on behalf of our Partners regarding opportunities that may interest you. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our Services. 6. How JobTwine use candidate’s Personal Information?
We may use candidate’s Personal Information for the purpose of interview screening process and also if required We may share the candidate’s Personal Information with the interviewer for the best interviewing arrangement. We will record the interviewing session of the candidate for the purpose of sharing with Our prospective, present and future customers.
7. How JobTwine may share Personal Information?
We may share candidate’s Personal Information, including our assessment of any technical interviews that the candidate has completed with JobTwine and recordings of the interviews, with the prospective/active customers and also with some potential future customers. We may also use this information for commercial purpose in our new product offering.
8. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
JobTwine through Platform use “cookies” and other technology for tracking. A “cookie” is a tiny text file which may be used to gather, for instance, website activity information. Some cookies and other technologies may be used to recall previously identified user information. Most of the browsers enable You to manage cookies, whether You accept them or not and how You may delete them. You may set most of the browsers to notify You, if You receive a cookie, or You may choose to block cookies with Your browser, but please note that if You choose to erase or block Your cookies, You will need to re-enter Your original user ID and password to gain access to certain parts of the Platform. Information such as internet domain and hosts may be stored by tracking technologies; internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser and operating system kinds; clickstream patterns; dates and times our site can be visited. Our usage of cookies and other tracking technologies enables us to enhance our Platform and our overall experience with the website. JobTwine's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
To enforce or apply our terms of service, terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

Upon request, JobTwine will provide You with information about whether it holds any of Your Personal Information. JobTwine enables customers and Platform visitors with the ability to access and correct Personal Information that it has collected. If You have any concerns or suspect unauthorized activities associated with Your account, please contact us at support@jobtwine.com. We will respond to Your request within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within 30 days from the date of receipt of Your request. JobTwine acknowledges that You have the right to access, update, revoke permission to process, or request the deletion of Your Personal Information. Any such query can be directed to JobTwine’s data protection officer at support@jobtwine.com. If requested to remove data under either scenario, We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Personal Data of Children:
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information about children under 16 years of age; if You are a child under the age of 16, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Information. If We learn that We have collected Personal Information from a child under 16 years of age, We shall delete that information as quickly as possible.
12. Social media
JobTwine operates channels, pages and accounts on some social media sites to inform, assist and engage with customers. JobTwine monitors and records comments and posts made on these channels about it in order to improve its products and services. Please note that You must not communicate the following information to the Company through such social media sites: - sensitive personal data including (i) special categories of personal data such as any information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation and (ii) other sensitive personal data such as criminal convictions and offences and national identification number ; - Excessive, inappropriate, offensive or defamatory content. Company is not responsible for any information posted on those sites other than the information posted by its employees on its behalf. Company is only responsible for its own use of the Personal Information received through such sites.

Our Service contains links to other websites. If You choose to click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party’s website. JobTwine exercises managerial and technical safeguards designed to protect against the loss or unauthorized use or disclosure of Personal Information belonging to its customers, users and visitors. These safeguards include encryption, malware protection, logical and physical access controls, and detection of social engineering attacks. JobTwine monitors and reviews security safeguards and takes corrective action whenever it discover deviations from its Privacy Policy.

JobTwine’s headquarters is in USA and it is our primary location for business operations. In addition, JobTwine maintains a presence in few other countries like India. Servers hosting the JobTwine Platform are located in the United States. In order to provide You with the information, products, or services You have requested, Personal Information may be transferred or shared with other companies within our family of JobTwine, including those third-party vendors who act on our behalf, process personal data in accordance with the purposes for which the data was originally collected, or for purposes to which data subjects have subsequently consented. Our Privacy Policy safeguards for data governance, which are designed to provide equivalent data protection for all customers wherever they may reside. For example, regarding normal business operations, JobTwine may engage a third-party to support billing, support services, information technology, or mailings on its behalf. We may also disclose Your Personal Information as required by law, such as to comply with legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect Your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
16. Data Retention
JobTwine will keep Your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of its relationship with You. You acknowledge and agree that if You request that Your name be removed from our databases, it may not be possible to completely delete all Your Personal Information due to legal constraints.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
JobTwine may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time for any reason. Use of information that We collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If We make any material changes or changes in the way We use information, We will notify customers via e-mail or by posting an announcement on the Platform prior to the change becoming effective. Platform users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy after such changes have been posted. In the event that JobTwine is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, it shall continue to ensure the confidentiality of any Personal Information and give affected users notice before Personal Information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Account holders will be notified via e-mail and/or a prominent notice on our Platform of any change in ownership or uses of Your information, as well as any choices You may have regarding Your information.

JobTwine generally processes Personal Information in order to fulfil Services of its customers and end users and to pursue our legitimate business interests. Otherwise, JobTwine will obtain consent from an individual with respect to the processing of Personal Information if required by law to do so. Further, individuals located in the EU have certain rights under European law (including under the General Data Protection Regulation) with respect to Personal Information, including the right to request access to, obtain, correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of Your Personal Information. Individual end users, customers or prospective customers located in the EU who wish to exercise these rights, should contact JobTwine using the contact information given below. If We are processing Your information on behalf of a third party then You should contact that party directly because JobTwine serves as a data processor on behalf of third party in that instance, and can only forward Your request to the buyer to allow them to respond. Individuals also have the right to make complaints to regulatory authorities in respect of our privacy practices.
19. How can You exercise Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)?
Under the CCPA, You have the right to access the Personal Information we’ve collected about You during the past 12 months and information about our data practices. You also have the right to request us to delete the Personal Information that We have collected from You. For this purpose, You need to contact JobTwine.

Under California Civil Code, California residents are entitled to contact us to prevent disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes; in order to submit such a request, please contact us at support@jobtwine.com. However, JobTwine does not disclose Personal Information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
Nevada Resident Rights
If you are a resident of Nevada, You have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Information to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Information. You can exercise this right by contacting us at support@jobtwine.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with Your name and the email address associated with Your account. However, JobTwine does not sell Personal Information.
21. Disclaimer
JobTwine does not store any account related information or any credit / debit card details. JobTwine shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by users as a result of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account, credit cards or debit cards in the course of any online transactions or payments made for any Services offered through the Platform. In case You share any Personal Information, which is not requested by JobTwine during registration, (whether mandatorily or optionally), JobTwine will not be liable for any information security breach or disclosure in relation to such information.
